From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the wellbeing of the elephants. The experience itself was incredibly educational and heartwarming, allowing us to interact with these gentle giants in an ethical and respectful environment. What truly made this visit unforgettable, though, is that we got engaged here on the 4th of April. The team at the sanctuary went above and beyond to help make the moment so special and meaningful. They were discreet, supportive, and genuinely excited for us, which added so much to the experience. They even made sure our special moment was beautifully captured, giving us memories (and photos) we will cherish forever. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to get engaged. The setting, the atmosphere, and the kindness of the staff made it an emotional, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you to everyone at the Elephant Sanctuary for not only caring so deeply for the elephants, but also for helping create one of the happiest moments of our lives. My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful visit to the sanctuary. It was amazing to see the animals up close. It was also clear to see that the animals are well cared for. They guides are also very knowledgeable.

This was one of the most magical experiences we've ever had. Great service from arrival to departure. Lots of interaction with the gentle giants. Awesome guide, funny, friendly and knowledgeable. The Elephant handlers were all very helpful and interactive. Animals look healthy, happy and well cared for. Facilities are spotless. All round just fantastic!!! I highly recommend ??
