More about 4 Day Highlights of Lesotho

Highlights of Lesotho, 3 Day Tour from Underberg

The mountain kingdom of Lesotho is out-of-this world for its sheer mountain beauty. Combine that with its unique culture where the people have combined a 21st approach to certain day-to-day activities whilst holding onto their culturally unique way-of-life and it blends into an amazing experience.

Our guests are often visiting Lesotho whilst on holiday in South Africa. We have perfected a 3-day tour which incorporates many of the top things to do in Lesotho, despite being on a time budget.

Of course, Lesotho has even more amazing things to do and see, but we feel that this tour has become a favourite because it packs so much into just 3 days of overland in Lesotho! Starting your trip in Durban? We suggest you look at this 4 day Lesotho Tour that starts in Durban.

Sani Pass, Lesotho Cultural Immersion, Drakensberg Bushmen Paintings, Dinosaur Footprints, Modern-day Cave Dwellers and Semonkong…

We did the four day Lesotho ?? trip from Durban with roof of Africa tours. Transfer from Durban to Underberg was on time, easy and painless. On arrival in Underberg, our guide, Peter, met us. Quick hello, organised all the immigration paperwork and off we went. Scenery throughout tour was stunning, Peter our guide was a local and knew his stuff. Very informative on what we saw and where we went. Accommodation and food was excellent throughout. Couldn't recommend this outfit enough, very well organised and run tour. Emile also helped us with a Bloemfontein drop off, we didn't want to go back to Durban. Peter even dropped us to our accommodation in Bloemfontein. No problems at all. Highly recommend this tour company to anyone interested in travelling to Lesotho, and why wouldn't you, it's a stunning country full of friendly people

We had an incredible time on our tour! Unfortunately there was some snow and Sani Pass was closed, but our guide Mondli was great in adjusting the itinerary and ensuring we still saw / did as much as we could. I wish we had more time at Semonkong Lodge - it is a very cool spot with a ton of activities and would be worth spending a full day there! Our trip was so special and it was so easy working with Roof of Africa.

Thanks again for a great trip, I really enjoyed it, much better than expected. 'Mo' was a careful driver and a very good guide, hotels and food also very good. Overall I was very satisfied
