More about Organic & Biodynamic producers

Organic and Biodynamic wine production and tasting. The wine industry has come far in doing-away with the easier practices of the past where crops were aggressively sprayed with chemicals to eradicate bugs deemed detrimental to production. Some have progressed further in organic and biodynamic farming than others.

The historic Cape Winelands is possibly set in the world’s most beautiful countryside. During this tour, we visit estates that are leaders in this field and contribute in diverse ways. We visit Organic and biodynamic wine producers to hear their stories and taste their wonderful wines. Your guide and host Jim, guides history, culture, nature, and wine in English and Swedish. He is Cape Town born and has lived most of his life here. He knows all sorts of special places. His love for South Africa motivated him to qualify as a tourist guide and today he is doing what he loves most, sharing his passion for his country and its people. You can ask him what you like.
