Fantastic full day safari in Kruger. We were collected from our accommodation promptly by our guide Chris & had a great day of wildlife watching. This included several lions, cheetah, a hyena with pups, huge crocodiles & many elephants, zebra, antelope & beautiful birds. Blankets were provided for the freezing morning drive to Orpen Gate, but it was still extremely cold in July. We'd suggest wearing thermals, beanie, gloves & jacket & ask your guide to put the sides of the truck down to stop the wind a bit.

We had a fabulous day, simply spectacular and everything we had anticipated! Eric was mindful of the poor weather at start of day so mixed things up so that we didn't miss anything. Great lunch spot away from the main tourist route was welcomed, good value and portion size huge? The scenery along the Blyde River Canyon itself was amazing and whole day was a great contrast to the usual game drives.
