Mankwe Gametrackers Outdoor Adventures / Tours & Transfers began in 1979, and offers guests the opportunity to explore the Pilanesberg National Park. This wildlife reserve, situated in the crater of an extinct volcano, can be explored with balloon flights, game drives or even on foot! You’ll have a chance to see an incredible range of wildlife.
The park is home to the Big Five – lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant – and you’ll find 49 mammal species, 39 different reptile species and 394 recorded bird species. Mankwe Gametrackers Outdoor Adventures / Tours & Transfers also offer quad biking trails, archery, clay target shooting, transfers and more from Sun City resort, for truly memorable experiences.

We had an amazing flight. Andres was a very skilled pilot. He took the balloon up and brought it down very gently. In between he was able to turn the balloon so that no matter your position you were able to see the sights all around. He utilized his supports to track several animals and deftly pointed them out. He shared his extensive knowledge of the terrain, wildlife and plants. He also shared his love of ballooning and we hope to see him again in Albuquerque. The champagne toast afterwards was a great crowning to the event. The buffet provided at the lodge was delicious. I can't imagine a better experience, a more welcoming team, and such a professional and knowledgeable pilot. I would highly recommend this team and the extraordinary experience they provided.
