Whale Watchers in Hermanus offers you the chance to experience the rush of a close encounter with the planet’s largest mammals, a memorable experience that will open up a whole new world. Our permits allow us to get 50m from the whales and often when they see us, their inquisitive nature brings them closer.
The Whale Watchers’ boat has capacity for 36 passengers and is completely wheelchair friendly. The vessel is fully equipped and the twin hull provides superior stability ensuring your safety and comfort. Our Whale Watchers guides and crew are SAMA registered, highly experienced and multilingual.

We really enjoyed our whale watching experience. The trip was well organised. The boat was very nice, with open areas top and bottom so you could clearly see the whales. The guide was informative. I would highly recommend this while watching team. we saw a lot of whales, and had a great time with our family.
