Welcome Giraffe Addo Adventures is a family-run business best known for our beloved Giraffe Walks at the Valley Bushveld Country Lodge, where guests walk among these gentle giants. We also offer specialized private tours to Addo Elephant National Park—the third largest in South Africa—for a truly personalized wildlife experience.
The Eastern Cape, home to the ‘Big Five’, is an ideal destination for tourists from around the world to view wildlife in their natural habitat amidst abundant landscapes of mountains, bushveld, and the southern coastline. Here, the ’Big Five’ (elephants, rhinos, buffalo’s, lions and leopards) roam free, hunt for prey and enjoy the warm African sun.

It was a beautiful tour where you could get very close to the giraffes. The owner (tour guide) was very friendly, informative, and humorous. We stayed at the Valley Bushveld Lodge, that just comes with it. The giraffe walk is highly recommended!

The giraffe experience was absolutely incredible. We felt very privileged to have been able to share this with Kerneels. He is clearly very passionate about the giraffes and indeed all the animals on his land. We were thrilled to get up close and personal with the giraffes, they are magnificent creatures.
