Elephant Moments
Elephant Moments' elephant interaction created an unique interactive experience with their herd of rescued Elephants.
The main focus of the interaction is to promote elephant conservation through up-close education to teach visitors that elephants should be treated with care, respect, and consideration.
Visitors have the exclusive opportunity to observe the herd in close proximity, learning more about their behavior, unique character traits, incredible story and what it entails to take care of them.
The experience takes place while the elephants are in their natural environment with great photographic opportunities.

The whole experience was definitely a positive! Being welcomed with a coffee was a great way to start the morning. I found the introduction of how the sanctuary was created was a lovely way to hear about all the elephants stories. All the keepers and staff were extremely friendly and made us all feel relaxed and a part of the story with the elephants that morning. I would highly recommend this experience for people who want to meet and experience this wonderful animal and see how they have the best of both worlds, wild, living naturally and also have the luxury of being loved by their carers.

Our trip to SA was planned when I discovered Elephant Moments. I wasn't sure about booking it but did some research and went ahead. It ended up being one of my top experiences of my entire 2-wk trip. I can't express how incredible it was to be in the presence of these magnificent creatures. I learned so much. I FELT so much. I connected in a way I didn't think possible. Sebakwe showed me how clearly he could communicate his needs and encouraged my learning process. It was mind-blowing. I knew these things intellectually, but experiencing them firsthand was exhilarating. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity. Thank you, Sebakwe. Thank you to all of the carers. Thank you HERD.
