It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed ourselves very much We saw several whales and they were really close to the boat. We also saw seals and penguins.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Marine Big 5 Tour --- truly one of the highlights of our entire trip. We were incredibly lucky and managed to see everything: whales, sharks, seals, penguins and dolphins. It was magical from start to finish. What really stood out was how respectful and mindful the team was toward the animals and nature. The entire experience felt safe, responsible and very well organized. The service on land and on board was excellent. Even though the weather was chilly, we were provided with wind jackets, which made the tour very comfortable. The videographer on board was a lovely extra and we appreciated that the boat wasn't overcrowded --- it felt spacious and allowed everyone a great view. We can genuinely recommend this tour 100%. It's a must-do! A couple of very small points: * I personally would have loved to stay a bit longer at the seal colony, although I completely understand that whales are the main focus of the tour. * Our tour was rescheduled on short notice, leading to a later departure. We had originally booked the 7:00 AM tour but ended up only leaving later and returning around 11:30 AM. This required us to adjust our Garden Route travel plans a little. That said, the tour was absolutely incredible and we wouldn't have wanted to miss it for anything. A wonderfully run experience with unforgettable wildlife moments --- highly recommended!
