What an incredible day out for our family!!! Absolutely best day! We loved how friendly the staff treated us. Each person smiling and adding to the joy of experiencing many of these animals for the first time. The educational value is incredible and our tour was nothing short of magical. Much appreciation for how well looked after the enclosures were and how passionate and engaging the guide was. We had a lovely day out and thank you for your continued work in this incredibly important field. Will be back for sure! The photo attached is of my youngest daughter who has a HUGE fear of crocodiles - it was beautiful to see her so engaged and learn that they are not so scary after all... The guide's name now escapes me, but he was fantastic with the kids, patient, kind and including them in the discussions, listening to all their random comments and input. I could see the passion for his job, which is always lovely to come across.

I was surprised by the variety of animals. The visit was spectacular and the guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The only issue I had was that the guide didn't know the type and amount of food that some of the animals are given.

We did a family holiday and visited the Cango Wildlife. It was enjoyed by the whole family. It was lots of fun our guide Virgil was amazing and extremely informative. The place is very clean, well run, all staff are friendly and professional. Thanks for a lovely experience!
