My family of four, including two teenagers, thoroughly enjoyed our abseil experience. Chizzy and the rest of the team were professional and reassuring - I was quite nervous but as soon as the abseil started I felt confident that I was in good hands. I had read about the climb back to the top. It is up to an hour and fairly rocky but it is well signposted. I would definitely recommend this activity.

Definitely the most terrifying experience of my life. My husband absolutely loved it and the views. Its an adrenaline rush, but if you are scared of heights, this may not be for you. Appreciated that they upload the photos onto Facebook rather than forcing you to buy them like many places!

Had a fantastic experience with Abseil Africa at Table Mountain. Everything was well organised and the team were super friendly and calming for us nervous ones!

A really great experience from start to finish. Even though I wasn't feeling 100% after recent illness, I was immediately assured from the beginning of the abseil. The guides were constantly giving me direction and I gained more confidence as the abseiled down the mountain. There was also a great surprise, but I won't be giving that away:) Thanks again for a fantastic experience!!!
