Night drive basically came down to driving back the < 5km to C-bridge against a crawl pace over a period of more than an hour..., which was very frustrating). Overall a very nice experience!

Royal Safari’s picked us up late afternoon, at our holiday house in Marloth Park with a big nice open safari jeep. After collecting some other guests, we went for our sunset safari in Kruger, which was amazing. After at least 10 visits to Krugerpark in the past 3 holiday’s to South Africa, we had never seen a leopard, but our drive to the braai area resulted in spotting not only a leopard with a kill but the complete BIG 5! (we enjoyed it so much that we instantly booked a half day safari for the next day). We arrived at the campsite after dark, and the campfire was already burning for us to get warm again. The setting was really nice with the dining tables around the campfire and everything looked beautiful. The food was very good and more than enough choice for everyone’s taste. Apart from our group of 10 people , nobody else joined but I think they can host more than 20 guests. We loved the concept of dining in the bush with all the bush sounds around us and we felt completely save. The drive back was also great, we saw a lot of wildlife on our way home! Thank you Royal Safari’s for the great experience, we would truly recommend the ‘Bush Braai’ to everyone!

We went for a sunset drive, bush braai and short night drive on 24/10/2018. It was an awesome experience from start to finish. The guide, Corlia, was very attentive, knowledgeable and we never felt rushed. The vehicle was clean and on-time. We got cold water on arrival and she did all the admin to get us into the KNP. For the night drive we got blankets to keep us warm. We would have loved to have the meat prepared on the fire and not on a gass grill. The wine selection can also be improved on. We had a lovely evening and on arrival at the braai-site everything was prepared and we were welcomed with cloths to clean our hands and faces. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere were great. I can without any hesitation recommend the bush braai dinner with Royal Safari's. Well done to Corlia and Team.

This is a unique experience. The highlight, of course, is the bush braai location itself: a beautiful boma at a totally private location deep in the Kruger bush. You arrive from your late afternoon game drive just as night is falling, to find a magical circle of twinkling lights. Within this enchanted circle is a flickering open fire, and beautifully-presented tables set under the stars for your gourmet braai (BBQ) dinner. The staff welcome you with a cold face towel and a frosty drink. And that's the start of an evening you will never forget. Amazing value for such a 5-star experience. I live at Kruger and have made many hundreds of game drives there, but I can still say that this bush braai, book-ended by guided afternoon and night game drives, is as good as it gets. Do not miss this opportunity to combine three authentic African bush experiences into one great event.
