On the whole, it was a fun filled and entertaining experience. However, just some constructive criticism I list hereunder:- My table, right at the entrance to back of house was not the best. It was like sitting at a train station with people (both guest and staff) passing by us the whole evening. The menu as announced by the Maitre D' and the actual offering on the buffet differed a lot. An expectation was created after announcing the menu and reality did not meet, thereby causing disappointment somewhat. Pity about the audio / visual glitches, being the most important celebration evening, one would have thought that the systems were thorougly checked and tested prior to the actual show. I think a little more rah rah could have been made at least 5 minutes before midnight. I expected a greater hype to bring in the new year. It just felt a bit subdued. Perhaps the audio/visual glitches led to this but then even more, the MC should have got the whole crowd going. Nonetheless, these are just constructive feedback and is not meant to be picky. As mentioned, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves despite the above.
You where great. Thank you!
The whole experience was great and the service outstanding, we have no complaints.
Fantastic way to spend New Year's Eve. The cape minstrels at the end was the cherry on top! Out waitress was attentive and friendly :)
