More about Cango Wildlife Ranch - VIP Tour

Cango Wildlife Ranch has over 90 species of animals and is open 365 days of the year! The well-being and welfare of all our animals is paramount in the promotion of our conservation ethic to you, our valued guest. To achieve these aims we promote the concept of Natural Encounters between you and a number of select ambassador species.

We trust that any Natural Encounter, will offer you a ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ sheer thrill, and will create everlasting memories. The contented purr and amber stare of our cheetah or a blood-pumping cage-dive with a mighty 4-meter Nile crocodile.

We hope that encounters with these magnificent creatures will encourage compassion and support in the plight that these species face on our fragile planet.

All contributions from Natural Encounters go towards the vital funding of our conservation and captive breeding programs. If you would like to become more involved in helping us to help them, we invite you to join our Cheetah Preservation Foundation (CPF) – which channels all contributions to the conservation and breeding programs both in the wild and here at the Cango Wildlife Ranch.

For VIP Tour #1 You will receive a personalized tour as well as 3 encounters with our ambassador animals.

Our professional Ranch Photographer will be taking pictures of you during all encounters - this includes a 4 GIG USB with all photos.

To ensure you are able to participate in any one of the above-mentioned encounters, please contact us prior to your visit to enquire the availability of the encounters you may be interested in, and the dates of your visit.

* PLEASE NOTE: Our Animal Care Centre serves as our Animal Hospital. There may be times when it is not accessible due to our high standard of care. Should this be the case on your visit, we will replace the visit with an encounter of choice or an alternative behind-the-scenes experience. Thank you for understanding!

Opinions On Cango Wildlife Ranch - VIP Tour

What the locals say about Cango Wildlife Ranch - VIP Tour.

Felix Teferle

We had a wonderful day at Cango. The tour guide and animal handlers were a fantastic source of information on the various animals we viewed and visited. The care centre was excellent. Doing a VIP tour is pricey but the experience of the encounters is worth it. Furthermore, it supports conservation activities of the wildlife ranch.

Oudtshoorn

The town of Oudtshoorn along the Swartberg mountains is the home of the largest ostrich population worldwide.
