Opinions On AFRI-ABSEIL and VIA FERRATA

What the locals say about AFRI-ABSEIL and VIA FERRATA.

Georgiana Nica

Top 10 abseil! First via ferrata I do in South Africa and it is good. A bit short compared with te ones in Europe but the abseil at the end is definitely worthed ! My partner and I enjoyed the activity and we recommend it. We have written and article illustrated with pictures and videos so if you want to see more on www.surfonaleaf.org Thank you Africanyon !

excellent guides, very friendly, and informative, very professional. we loved it. please don't commercialize the beginning or end. its great as it is. maybe a swim at the bottom of the canyon for the abseiling, if possible.

Lauren

Fantastic staff. Organized, safety conscious, fun, imparting skill, acknowledged fears- worked with them, allowed time to take in the beauty. We had a wow time. The analogy for our 2 daughters who just turned 13 was - sometimes you may feel like your on tight rope with your parents but sometimes it's for your own protection! Perfect

As a rule I don't enjoy completing reviews, but in this case I am delighted to give my two cents worth. To be honest, this was one of my most memorable experiences in my sporting career. The people from Afri-Abseil were absolutely amazing, friendly and professional. I emailed their office and informed them that I am competing in Expedition Africa and need some pointers as on how to do abseiling. I truly received a warm welcome and felt that they really wanted to help and that they cared. To Rogan, Grant, Sims, The Black One and the gentleman at the start of the abseil whose name I can't remember (sorry!!) thank you very much for making this possible for me and to help me overcome my fear of heights. I would recommend this experience to each and every adventure seeker out there. You will not be disappointing. Viva Afri-Abseil!!
